Details Regarding Online and Offline fee Payment for IICD admissions

You are required to pay the full semester fees for Ist semester as per details given below. If any candidate wants to pay the fees without a hostel, they can request on this number +91 75970 88445 or email at accounts@iicd.ac.in. Cash/Cheque will not be accepted under any circumstances. Online fee payment link is available at IICD website (www.iicd.ac.in). The last date to deposit the fee is 28th March 2025. In case you fail to deposit fees by 28th March 2025, your admission shall be cancelled automatically.

    Procedure to be followed for online fees payment:-
  • Visit www.iicd.ac.in > Click on PAY FEES > Enter user Id & password > Select the due fees and then choose the payment method. Note:User id will be followed by Enrollment No. For eg. If the enrollment number is UG123-456 then your user id will be IICDUG123-456. Password will be your Mobile number registered with IICD.
  • After login check the personal details like applicant’s name and course applied etc.
  • Check the fee particulars and match the total amount with the table given below and confirm the same.
  • Click on the Pay Button to pay the applicable fees through Net Banking/ Debit card/ Credit card/ RTGS/ NEFT.

    For Offline fee payment, following steps are to be followed:-
  • Offline fee payment can be done at Indian Institute of Crafts and Design, Jaipur.
  • Fee may be deposited by Demand Draft in favour of “Indian Institute of Crafts & Design”, payable at Jaipur before 28th March 2025 between 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on all working days.
  • Check the fee option and their particulars i.e. With Hostel or Without Hostel, from the table given below and prepare the demand draft accordingly.

Note :

1. The Institute reserves the right to revise the fees through prior notice to the students and his/her parents/ guardians.

2. Fees is same for all categories. The above fee structure is applicable to students joining from academic year commencing from July 2025. There are two semesters in one academic year.

3. If a student fails to pay the fees on or before due date, or does not report to the institute even after three weeks of commencement of Academic Session, his/her admission shall be liable to be cancelled.

4. For Mediclaim, Vidyarthi Mediclaim of Rs. 1000/- is applicable to Indian and SAARC Nationals students below 25 years of age. The students above age of 25 years will have to pay as per actual rate.

5. It is mandatory for students who are availing hostel facility to avail mess facility.
