IICD has a spacious, permanent canteen within the campus where a variety of tasty, hygienically prepared food is available at economic rates. The canteen has a seating capacity of 120 persons at a time. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea / coffee, icecream, snacks etc are available throughout the semester.
The canteen is conveniently located at the ground floor of the Girl’s Hostel building, inside the campus. There are two more temporary eateries inside the campus just near the main gate. These two canteens are easily accessible to staff and visitors as well. During the winter season, it is a pleasant sight to see students spread out across the grass lawn of the campus, enjoying their food in groups.
Drinking water
College has its water (RO) purification and cooling facilities in the college campus. Entire college is supplied with the purified water.
