  • Academic Progression Requirement:
Students must have successfully completed and cleared all courses without backlog in the immediately preceding academic year as well as in the academic year for which the scholarship is being awarded.
  • Attendance Requirement:
Students must maintain a minimum attendance of 85% in the academic year for which the scholarship is claimed.
  • Timing of Award:
Eligibility for the scholarship shall be determined on the basis of the CGPA of the preceding academic year, while compliance with the attendance requirement shall be assessed during the academic year in which the scholarship is claimed. Accordingly, the scholarship shall be disbursed in the form of a cash award after the completion of the relevant academic year, subject to the student continuing in the programme in the subsequent year. For example, a student eligible for scholarship in the second year based on first-year CGPA must maintain 85% attendance in the second year, and the scholarship shall be disbursed upon completion of the second year, subject to the student continuing into the third year.
  • Disciplinary Standing:
Students against whom disciplinary proceedings are pending or who have been found guilty of disciplinary misconduct during the relevant academic year shall not be eligible for the scholarship.
