“Bringing back values of life to Education : understanding the Khadi Way”
Abstract : After three quarters of a century have passed, since India attained freedom, we are still struggling with education system, to make it more meaningful. The New education policy 2020, focuses on value based education includes the development of humanistic, ethical, constitutional and universal human value of truth (satya), righte conduct (dharma), peace (shanti), love (prem), nonviolence (ahinsa), scientific temper, citizenship values and also skills, lessons in seva/service and participation in community service programmes must be considered an integral paga holistic education.
