Dharmendra Bana has over 13 years of experience in the development sector, specializing in research, documentation, and enterprise development. His expertise lies in crafting innovative solutions for grassroots organizations, farmers and artisans, addressing challenges such as climate change, sustainable development, and social entrepreneurship. He has collaborated with several esteemed organizations as a consultant, contributing to capacity building, impact assessment, and program implementation. His academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Social Work (2011) from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and he has cleared the UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) in Social Work.
